So the annual travel insurance renewal is due to expire and you have received the renewal letter from your insurer. Before you go ahead think about the following two points:
- Could you get a better deal elsewhere? Insurers notoriously fail to reward loyal customers and you may find a cheaper deal elsewhere.
- Have you got a holiday booked? If the answer is no, then don’t renew until you book your next holiday, otherwise you will be paying to ensure an eventuality that will never happen. You wouldn’t get car insurance if you didn’t own a car, would you?
